First Impressions/ Layout
Back for a re-review huh? I'm hoping to see that you have taken some of my advice and used it to better your website. So let's get on with it.Your layout is ok. Being a fan (and fansite owner) of the Jonas Brothers I like who is featured but I don't like the green swirl thing on the images. It looks horrible. It looks like a monkey did something inappropriate and threw it on your header and swirled it around on the layout. Seriously, that's what it looks like. It would have looked a lot better if you had left the header without the texture/brush and done a screen effect on the images so they would be brighter. Your layout is also not centered. A layout should always be centered since the eye automatically floats to the center of the screen. Moving away from the header, I don't like the template you've used for cutenews. This is the second time I've seen this template on a website and I hate it on both. Cutenews powered websites should not try to look like Wordpress. Right now it is unorganized and makes your website too cramped, especially with the pictures of Miley and the blocked dates, etc. Your sidebar is very cluttered, especially under the "Listed At" header. Why not list these as regular links like you have with everything else? You still have the 'Stat Counters (Please Ignore)' header and all it has is an extreme tracker button. I would just assume put this under the disclaimer without a header so as to draw less attention to it. Oh and your browser title still reads 'Live Laugh Love Designs | Version 8- Featuring Miley Cyrus'. Shouldn't this be changed to 'Live Laugh Love Designs | Version 9- Featuring the Jonas Brothers'?

Just an overview of your graphics because I'm not going to go through all these sections and say the same thing. Nothing really sticks out. They are ok but not outstanding.Content-Downloads
Nothing new. On your brushes for the Jonas Brothers, which I don't care for, the lyrics to "One Man Show" are wrong. It's "I'll be fine alone" not "I'm going to be fine alone". You should probably check the lyrics before you make brushes. Also, your scripts section, I would rename to 'PHP Scripts'. When I opened this section I thought I was going to see scripts for Paint Shop Pro. Why not organize the scripts page with a description of the script and then the link, that way people know what the program is before they go through the trouble of opening the page only to find out that the script does not pertain to them at all.Site and Online
I'm combining these because my opinion is the same for both. Nothing, and I repeat, nothing has changed on any of these pages. I told you to get rid of the awards and blacklist pages until you had content for them and you didn't do this. I told you to add to the About the Site page and you added nothing.4/7

Overall/ Final Thoughts
This review started off fairly decent but towards the end I've grown extremely sour. Why even apply for a re-review if you aren't going to take any of my suggestions and advice? Was it just to get the prizes? Was that why? Why should I take the time to write a lengthy review if you are not going to take me advice? If someone is going to apply for a re-review I expect them to have at least taken one bit of my advice into consideration and used it. From what I've seen you've taken none of it. I don't think I've ever seen a re-review where the website has gotten a lower score than their original review. My re-reviews are harsher because I do expect you to have improved at least somewhat. My advice for you is to actually read this review and use it and take my advice.
