First Impressions/ Layout

It's very green, well I guess its more sea foam. Either way it's a lot of one color. The navigation on the header is extremely small and if I take my glasses off I can't even read the navigation. My eyesight is not even that poor so that should tell you that the navigation is too small. Why do you not have your site name on the header? Instead it's in the updates box so whenever someone clicks on a link the site name is not visible anymore. Very impractical I think. Your layout looks almost the same in Safari, Internet Explorer, and Firefox. Therefore, I will be using Safari to review your site. Looking at your coding I see that you are using internal CSS but it is only for your scroll bar code. Why? You can easily achieve the same result by making a new class for this code in your external CSS. Why do you have an iframe inside a table? Tables should only be used when they contain data. Your iframe for your content is inside both a table and a div. Use either divs or iframes not both for the same thing. It's unnecessary. The blue links hurt my eyes. I would change them to a different color, like grey. Your layout is very long. This is again unnecessary. Do you really have a page on your website that is this long? If so, this is why they invented scrollbars. Why do you not have some sort of update system (i.e.: Cutenews, Wordpress, Fanupdate, etc.) Cutenews is very easy to set up and looks a lot better than what you are using now. Moving on.

Content

Media- Avatars

You have good amount of icons here. However they could be organized better. There are 4 categories that don't have pages for them. This looks sloppy. If you have left these out because they did not fit into any of the main categories then make a new category called miscellaneous and put them all in there. For all the sorted icons why not go a step further and sort them by size? This would help your visitors greatly since most forums have a maximum dimensions for a user's icons.

Media- Wallpapers

Again there is lone wallpaper. Put this somewhere. If this is there to show visitors what this section includes, move it. Visitors know why they are in the section they don't need a graphic to give them a preview of it. "Made by Me". So the other wallpapers were not made by you. Who made them then? Give credit! If you do not give credit then this is considered stealing.

Interact

I'm greeted by a flashy gif of the girl from "The Big Bang Theory" (one of my favorite shows by the way). Why is this here? Does this pertain to visitors interacting? If not then get rid of it. "Forum"- This pops up in a new window. You need to indicate this with a (Opens in a new window). "Quizzes"- All of these open in new windows, indicate this.

Charmed

This section should be first on the navigation since it is most important and is what your site is about. The section is headed with "The Show" but all I see are links to information about the cast. The title should then be changed to "The Cast". I expected to find detailed profiles about the cast and hoped to come away knowing something. Instead I found 7 subsections that took me less than 5 minutes to read all together. Also, why is Kaley not mentioned in "Where Are They Now?" She's on "The Big Bang Theory" which its network just bought a full second season of. I think this should be mentioned.

Tattoos and Piercings

Very cool sections and original, although this section could be filed as a subsection under Charmed.

GSOTM

What does this mean? Give an explanation at the top of the page because I don't know what this means and I'm pretty sure your first time visitors won't either.

Site- About Us

It's kind of interesting but it reads like a 5th grade book report. Why did you create the site? Who is Hannah? Is she your friend? A visitor? Take out all the stuff about losing your password. It's unnecessary and makes you seem like you don't care about your site enough to keep your password somewhere accessible. Also change the following line:

Why do only a few of the sites that you have listed get plugged by you? All of them have contributed, therefore they should all be plugged.

I can't see any of the text on this page. Fix this ASAP or you risk missing out on some great affiliation opportunities. I notice that the text shows up in Internet Explorer but many webmasters are turning to Safari now because it's easier to use and just all around better.

You're actually asking graphic designers to send you layouts. I'm pretty sure that's not how it works. Plus, if someone had news for you how are they supposed to give it to you? Maybe that's why you don't have any news; visitors don't know where to send it. Either set up a contact form or provide them with an email.

Graphics

I'm not a fan of your layout. Many of your wallpapers and icons are low quality. Same goes for your link buttons. But you do have a lot of graphics which is a plus.

Your site is pretty organized. If I was looking for something I would probably be about to find it easily. 14/15

I have no way of knowing how nice you are to your visitors since you don't provide your visitors with any way to interact with you. Your updates also don't have much of anything so I can't score your niceness.

Your site is not extremely creative. The only thing I found that contained any ounce of originality was the tattoos section. 5/10

You don't update much at all. When you do update I feel like you are updating because you feel the need to not because there is actual news. 2/5

Like I said before there is too much sea foam green. Broaden the color scheme. 4/10

I hesitate saying this because I don't want to sound heartless but, there isn't anything special or unique about your site. There isn't any unique content. Your site is a generic fan site.

Overall/ Final Thoughts

Too much green. Add more information on the stars from the show. All the random images at the bottom of your pages should be removed; they do nothing but hurt your site. You seem to be a bit close-minded when it comes to updating your site. Most sites that revolve around a certain group of actors still post about the actors' other projects (Mugglenet is a great example). I know that if you updated on any news on "The Big Bang Theory" I would visit again. Charmed is over right? If you want your site to be successful then you need to post Charmed news and news involving the actors' projects.
